We ship referee communication equipment worldwide from our Shenzhen warehouse. Our goal is to provide a shipping experience that is transparent, trackable, and suitable for both individual referees and sports organizations.
Order Workflow
Order Confirmation
After your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once payment is verified, our team begins preparing the shipment as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During peak periods, new product launches, or public holidays, some orders may require additional handling time.
Dispatch & Tracking
Once your parcel has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.

Standard Shipping
For most destinations, Reffcom uses reliable international shipping channels arranged from China. This option is suitable for customers who prefer a balance between shipping cost and delivery efficiency.

Expedited Shipping
If you need faster delivery, we also offer Expedited shipping through carriers such as DHL,FeDEX or UPS for eligible destinations.

- Customs duties and taxes are generally handled by the recipient for express shipments

Taxes, VAT & Customs Duties
Standard Shipping / DDP Regions
For many destinations in North America and the European Union, Reffcom can arrange shipping under DDP-style service for standard delivery routes.
- Import duties and VAT are generally prepaid by us for supported shipments
- Customers typically do not need to pay additional import charges upon delivery
- Availability depends on destination and shipping route at the time of dispatch
Expedited Shipping / DHL / UPS
If you choose Expedited courier shipping such as DHL or UPS, the shipment is usually handled under recipient-paid customs terms.
- The customer may be required to complete customs clearance
- VAT, import duties, brokerage fees, or handling fees may be charged by local customs or the courier
- These charges are outside Reffcom’s control and are the responsibility of the recipient
Important Region Notes
- For some countries in Asia, customs treatment may vary depending on local regulations.
- For many destinations in South America and Africa, customers may need to handle import duty payment and customs declaration themselves.
- If you are ordering for a sports association, federation, or club and need customs documentation support, please contact us before placing the order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping notification email that includes your tracking number. You can also review your order progress in your Reffcom account area.

Tracking Activation Delay
In some cases, the tracking number may take a few days to become active after shipment. If tracking information is temporarily unavailable, please check again later. This does not affect the validity of the estimated delivery timeframe.
