At Reffcom, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to cancel an order, request a return, or exchange an item purchased through reffcom.com, please review the policy below before contacting our support team.
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 15 days after delivery.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment, subject to the cancellation conditions below.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method after processing.
Product quality issues after delivery may be handled under our separate warranty policy.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible and include your order number and reason for cancellation.
We can offer a refund after deducting the PayPal / payment transaction fee charged by the payment provider.
We can offer a partial refund after deducting a 10% cancellation fee.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If needed, you may request a return after the package has been delivered.
Refunds are usually completed within 5–15 business days after approval. If you still have not received your refund after 30 days, please contact us.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Online purchases made through reffcom.com may be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date, subject to the conditions below.

- Item must be returned in original packaging.
- All original parts, accessories, and labels should be included.
- Please contact us first and obtain return instructions before sending anything back.
- Proof of purchase / order number is required for all return or exchange requests.
Important notes
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is confirmed as a product quality problem.
- Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- If returned items are damaged, incomplete, or missing parts due to customer handling, refund deductions may apply.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and send you the return authorization, return address, and instructions by email.
Inspection & Refund / Exchange
After we receive and inspect the returned package, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you by email.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Once processed, refunds usually arrive within 5–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are not instant
Payment platforms and banks may need additional processing time before the refund appears in your account statement.
Product Quality Issues & Warranty
If your product develops a quality-related problem after delivery, it may be covered under our 1-year warranty policy. Warranty cases are handled separately from standard return requests.
For warranty support, please email us with your order number, product model, and a short video or photos showing the issue so our team can review it quickly.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Items returned without prior authorization from Reffcom.
- Products damaged by misuse, impact, water ingress, or unauthorized modification.
- Returned items missing major components, accessories, or original packaging due to customer handling.
- Requests submitted beyond the return window, unless covered by our warranty policy.
