At Reffcom, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality referee communication equipment. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a straightforward warranty policy for all our products.

Warranty Scope

This warranty policy applies to Reffcom referee intercom systems.

Please note:
Consumable accessories such as earpieces, cables, and similar accessories are not covered under this warranty policy.

1-Year Warranty Coverage (Non-Human Damage)

All Reffcom referee intercom products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivered.

If your product experiences non-human (manufacturing or quality-related) damage within this period:

  • We will either:
    • Repair the product, or
    • Send you a free replacement unit

Requirements:

  • Customers must provide a clear video showing the issue.
  • The video must demonstrate that the damage is not caused by human factors (e.g., misuse, physical damage, water exposure, etc.).

Human-Caused Damage (Within 1 Year)

If the product is found to be damaged due to human factors within the 1-year period:

  • Reffcom will still assist with repairs.
  • For standard components, we may offer free repair service.

However:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (both sending and return).
  • Additional charges may apply if non-standard or major components need replacement.

After 1 Year Warranty Period

For products that are out of warranty (after 1 year):

  • Reffcom will continue to provide repair services.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Round-trip shipping costs
  • Cost of replacement components

Important Notes

  • Warranty applies only to products purchased through official Reffcom channels.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling is not covered under free replacement.
  • Video proof is required for all warranty claims to ensure accurate and fair evaluation.
